What we can offer your child
Quiet play in the small hall
- Fun and friendship with other children and adults.
- The support of a personal key worker, who will quickly get to
know your child and tailor the activities to suit their interests.
- Bright, spacious premises in an idyllic location, including two
halls, fenced outdoor area, kitchen, toilets and plenty of car parking.
- A carefully planned curriculum with themed activities, which
works towards all the early learning goals of the foundation stage for children aged 3-5 years.
- More structured work for 4 year olds, in small groups away from
other distractions for 1/2 hour per session.
Free play activities in the large hall
The children are greeted and settled into groups in the small
hall. The session starts with quieter activities such as construction equipment, puzzles, threading and weighing.
The large hall is set up with equipment and toys, which are rotated to vary the activities day by day. These include,
amongst many others:-
- Book library
- Climbing frame & slide
- Water, sand play, painting
- Kitchens, home corner
- See saw, tunnel, beams
- Play dough
- Puzzles, games
- Cars, trains, dolls' house, castle, farm
