Knowledge and Understanding of the World Children talk about their lives, their environment, their families and past and present events in their lives. We work towards an Equal Opportunities Policy introducing the children to different cultures, races, religions, disabilities and social backgrounds. We invite visitors to talk about their way of life and enjoy sampling their dishes and learning about their traditional costume. Outside play can be used to help children observe things in the natural world and look closely at similarities, differences, patterns and changes. The staff also use technology to support learning. |
