Physical Development

PE is an important area of our curriculum, helping to establish a positive attitude towards a healthy and active way of life. Activities are organised to encourage co-ordination, fine and gross manipulative skills and spatial awareness. We have equipment such as a climbing frame, balancing beams and balls to develop skills.

The children learn to move with confidence, imagination and control, recognising the changes that happen to their bodies when they are active.
