"I've loved Barkham Preschool since my own children attended the setting. I am passionate about providing a safe and stimulating environment and planning activities based around the children's next steps and their own interests. With such lovely surroundings and a great space inside it is lovely to see the children get stuck into their play. I love supporting them in taking their next steps and sharing their achievements with their parents."

“I really enjoy working at Barkham. The family ethos is great and we work closely with parents to ensure the children's development and full potential is reached. This is one of the main reasons why I chose to work in childcare.

The outside space we have is amazing and is used as an extension of the children's learning environment which enables us all to enjoy being outside, as well as exploring and developing our learning"

“I thoroughly enjoy the time I spend in Barkham Preschool. We are fortunate to benefit from a fantastic environment. the external setting is lovely and the Preschool itself has everything we need to help the children learn, develop and have fun. Seeing the children grow, and playing a small part in that, is incredibly rewarding. Nothing beats the smile of a child and as a parent myself I know the value of that. I'm very fortunate to have a job doing what I love."

"I like working at Barkham Preschool because it's a friendly family feel, and it's lovely watching the children grow and develop their own personalities. I have always wanted to work with children and when I left school I got my NNEB qualification in childcare. Barkham Preschool has lovely grounds and a fantastic outdoor area where it's lovely to see the children make mud cakes, worm pie or stir their potions in the outside sink!"
